Can I get a VAT invoice or receipt of my order?

We normally send VAT invoice to you to the email address used during your order placement on the day we ship the order. If you can't locate it in your 'Inbox', please check your 'Junk Mail' folder.

You may also want to check with the colleague who placed the order, as the invoice is sent directly to the buyer’s email.

For non-registered users (checked out as guest):

Your Order Despatch Notification email comes with a VAT invoice in pdf format. Please store a copy securely for your own accounts records.

To download another copy of the invoice, please click this link to view your order details and access the invoice. You'll need your email address and order number (The format is KH-XXXXXX, for example KH-12345) to proceed.

For Registered Users:

1. Sign in to 'Your Account'
2. Go to 'Order Information': this page allows you to view order information for any orders placed within the last 24 months. Orders containing outstanding items are indicated as In Progress.

3. Click on 'View Invoice' will allow you to see that invoice information on your screen. If you click on the 'PDF' button, then a PDF invoice will be downloaded to your device.
