Aluminium Wall Profile Hinge for 8mm Glass Shower Door - No Drilling
Q: It appears that the wall fixing profile doesn't have any drilled locking holes to take the threaded 3.5mm grub screws so there is no way to fix the wall profile and the middle profile together. Is this a manufacture fault?

This is not a manufacturing defect. The profile is typically supplied un-drilled, as not all customers use the full length. Many may need to cut the profile to a shorter length to suit their specific requirements. For this reason, pre-drilling the holes would not be practical or appropriate.
