How to check my order status
Once your order has been placed, you can easily track its progress online.
Check your order status via your account
If you created an account when placing your order:
- Sign in to My account
- Go to Orders Information
- Select the order you want to track
- Click on Track Number
You’ll see a courier tracking link, which will provide you with the up to date delivery status.
Tracking Guest Orders
If you checked out as a guest, you don’t need an account. You can track your order by:

Using the tracking link in your dispatch email, or
Visiting our Track your order page and entering:
- Your order number. Please use the format 'KH-' followed by 5 digits (e.g., KH-12345).
- The email address used at checkout
What do the order statuses mean?
- Pending – We’ve just received your order and it has not been being prepared
- Processing - with warehouse - We're picking you order
- Order Packaged - Awaiting Dispatch - Your order is being packed
- Completed – We’ve printed the shipping labels and prepared the order for the courier
Tracking information may take a few hours to update after dispatch.
