Who delivers my Kerol Hardware orders?

Our delivery partners vary from area to area, but most orders are processed through Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx and DX Freight.

We'll let you know which delivery company is in charge of your order on the day we ship your order by sending you Despatching Notification Email with the carrier's name and the tracking number.

- Royal Mail: small to media sized packages

- DPD: most of orders contain items can be packed into cardboard boxes

- FedEx: orders have products with lengths > 600mm (e.g. Shower U-channel, Door Seals...)

- DX Freight: heavy and oversized items primarily ship to business addresses
