Click & Collect
Collection from Kerol Hardware (North Staffordshire)
Place your order online on kerolhardware.co.uk, selecting 'Collection' as your shipping method during the checkout. Your order will be ready for collection between 1 - 3 working days from order placement (collection timescales vary by products).
There is no delivery charge for Click & Collect orders. Please Note: PayPal payments cannot be used for Click & Collect orders.
We'll send you an email once you placed your order, and we'll email you again when your order is ready for collection in store. You'll then have 7 calendar days to pick up your order. To collect your order please bring along:
- your order confirmation email
- your payment card or photo ID
- if someone else is collecting your order for you, they must bring your proof of purchase, as well as their own photo ID

Collection from a Local Collection Point
You might collect your order from a local collection point if your order is carried by DPD or Royal Mail.
When the order is despatched and received by DPD, you can click the Pickup link in the email or text message from DPD. You can then choose the 'Collect from Pickup Shop' option to select a convenient local Pickup Shop. There is no charge for this service. Click here to find your nearest DPD pick-up location.
When the order is despatched and received by Royal Mail, you may prefer 'Local Collect' to receive your deliveries. You can collect from around 10,000 Post Office® branches or 1,200 Royal Mail Customer Service Points across the UK. Click here to find Royal Mail Services near you.
