When will my order be delivered?

Next Working Day Delivery is the standard shipping option for orders heading to England, Wales, and the Scottish Mainland (subject to stock availability).

Most of our couriers provide a specific timeslot on the day.

Items that are in stock will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours once your payment has been processed, normally on the same day you place your order.

Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 24® the next working day however can take up to 2 working days and Tracked 48® / Tracked Returns with 2-3 working days. (Please add an extra working day if there is a Redirection in place). If the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days then please get in touch with us.

For orders shipped via DPD, it will be delivered to you next working day for England, Wales and Scottish Mainland. It'll generally take 3 - 5 working days for other areas.

For orders sent via FedEx, it will normally arrive next working day for England, Wales and Scottish Mainland. It'll generally take 3 - 6 working days for other areas. Please Note: items with long lengths (e.g. shower door seals, shower u-channels, handrails...) may require another 1 - 2 working days for delivery, since they'll be manually processed within the delivery network.
