Items are missing from my delivery?

If you have ordered more than one item, please be aware that your items may come in multiple packages.

In most case, we send all items together in one shipment (single package or multiple packages), however they might not all arrive at the same time. If you're missing any items from your delivery, please track your shipment with the delivery company to check if the remaining packages are en route to you. You can find the tracking Number and tracking link in the 'Despatch Notification' email we sent to you on the day we despatched your order.


Once all packages have been received but you're still missing items, please get in touch with us immediately, and we'll provide further assistance.
