My order arrived damaged - what should I do?
We apologise if you’ve received damaged mail. We do all we can to keep your deliveries safe and secure but if something has gone wrong, we’re here to help.
As soon as you see there's a problem, let us know immediately and confirm any damages in writing – we recommend doing this by email. If you have a camera handy, take photos of the damage straight away so that you have a full record of the problem.
If you noticed the damage before accepting the delivery
Please ask the delivery driver to note 'received damaged' on the POD device if possible or refuse the delivery.
If you have accepted the delivery but find that the items has been damaged after driver left
Please take photos of the damage and keep the goods and packages as visual evidence in order for us to raise a claim with the delivery company. Acting quickly by reaching out us ASAP, and we'll provide further assistance.
Please note: any damaged, missing or incorrect items should be reported within 24 hours of receiving, preferably on the day of delivery.
